Opportunities

When contracting with The Fund for Public Health in New York, Inc. (FPHNY) you will be expected to adhere to several compliance obligations as applicable to the funding source, type of contract, and goods or services being procured in the following areas.

A-133 Audit

Where applicable, FPHNY shall require non-profit contractors all not-for-profit organizations to submit a copy of an A-133 audit from the organization’s most recent fiscal year for which an audit has been performed prior to executing a contract.

Audited Financial Statement

FPHNY shall require all for-profit organizations to submit a copy of their most recent audited financial statement in lieu of an A-133 prior to executing a contract.

General Insurance Requirements

Comprehensive General Liability: insurance to provide coverage for bodily injury and property damage, including damage to any facilities, equipment or vehicles, in limits of no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 aggregate;
Professional Liability: insurance to provide coverage for covered medical incidents, including negligent acts or omissions of Contractor or Contractor’s agents, representatives, employees in the performance of professional health care or nursing services, in limits of no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 aggregate;
Employers Liability: insurance to provide coverage for the acts and omissions of Contractor’s employees in limits of no less than $1,000,000 per accident; and
Workers' Compensation: workers’ compensation and disability insurance as required by the applicable New York State law.


Contractors shall provide proof of all necessary insurance prior to execution of an Agreement, and shall ensure that FPHNY and the City are named as additional insured parties on all such insurance policies.
