Take
Care New York is a comprehensive health policy initiative
by the New York City Department of Health and Mental
Hygiene. The initative seeks to educate and engage the
partnership of all NYC constituencies in prioritizing
10 health intervention areas. These ten health areas
were selected because of their large disease burden
in New York City and because there are proven interventions
that can reduce these problems.
